No Tripods Allowed – Yeah right
For a photographer Tripod is a essential item (not an accessory) but if you go to popular tourist spots you are often bound to see the sign “No Tripods”. Especially when you go into churches, cathedrals or museums. Well in this tutorial I will show you how to counter this in a few different ways.

In the end you become a better photographer. You can set your challenge accordingly. Some people go as far as a 365 day challenge but as photography is not my day job, I am starting small and committing to 30 days starting 1st of June. Let's see what kind of photos I...
iPhoneography by Greg Mulvaney
Greg Mulvaney is a sports photographer based in Newcastle, north of Sydney. His website features some great collection of photos taken with his iPhone. Last year in 2010 he completed a 365 day project with his iPhone. A 365 day project is pretty self explanatory, it involves taking a photo everyday for 1 year without a miss (well nobody is monitoring this but you). Doing such projects is a great way to stretch ones creative levels and improving your techniques. It pushes you outside the comfort zone as you look for a great photo even when the elements are not in your favour. So be inspired,...
