A while ago, I did a blog post on how to shoot stock photography on a budget with little equipment. Even the pros are improvising when they are shooting images for clients or themselves. As you’d already guessed from the title of this post already, in this case Rafał Krasa used a bath tub to capture some images for the camera strap he is launching.
However, if you forget this for a minute and just look at the image below. One would think lot of studio equipment has been used to create the final images.

However, the setup is very simple as you see in the behind the scenes image. A bath tub, a diffuser and a halogen light overhead, that’s it. Just goes to show you that the camera/equipment doesn’t make the image but the person operating the camera does. With a little creativity and thought you can create amazing images.
